      随着矿产资源不断开采,采空区塌陷问题日益严重,对矿区人民生活和矿区环境带来极大危害。因此开发监测管理系统对维护矿区人民生命安全和保护矿区环境有重要意义。目前现有的部分系统有一些需要改进的地方:数据库中的数据更新不及时,存储的数据利用率不高;国土系统中各个部门存在大量孤立的系统,管理不方便。该系统选择 C#作为开发语言,基于VisualStudio为开发平台,结合MS SQL Server数据库设计了塌陷地监测管理系统,实现了动态监测、实时更新、项目管理、预测预警、统一管理、打印出图等功能,真正实现塌陷情况实时查询,监测数据实时更新,监管系统统一管理,提高了工作效率和系统信息化水平。
英文摘要:
      Accompanying with continuous mining of mineral resources, subsidence in goafs of many mines in China have become increasingly prominent, which has caused great harm to the people’s life and the environment in the mining areas. Thus, the development, monitoring and management system is of great significance. There are some deficiency in the existing system, such as delayed data update and low utilization of stored data. Meanwhile, a large number of isolated systems existed in each department of land and resources are hard to manage. By using C# language based on visual studio development platform, combining with MS SQL Server database, dynamic monitoring and management system for coal mining subsidence areas have been designed. Dynamic monitoring, real-time updating, project management, forecasting and early warning, unified management and printout of graphs can be realized. Real-time query of the collapsed situation, real-time updating of monitoring data, and unified management of the supervision system can be really realized. It will improve work efficiency and system informatization level.
