Due to barrier between different departments and different standards, resources can not be shared. Thus, distributed data management and information sharing platform needs to be set up to realize information exchange and seamless link. Thus, detached island of information can be dispelled effectively, and value of data assets can be improved, which will provide quick, suitable and reliable datas and information guarantee for economic construction and social development.
