As showed by total land amount each year and average land changing, land amount is decreasing evidently. Combining the quantitative study with the qualitative analysis, it is showed that the major driving forces for dynamic change of cultivated land in Jining city are engrossing cultivated land by economic developement. Thus, pointing to different land decreasing areas, different countermeasures are carried out.
