在MapGIS的基础上对矿产资源评价系统进行系统需求研究，总结出矿产资源评价信息系统的总体结构,给出了矿产资源评价中经常用来解决资源量的定位问题的数学模型——矿床定位预测特征分析模型，并对矿产资源评价系统进行了结构设计。
