Land and resources has become a basic and fundamental support for social and economic development. How to manage and use resources scientificaly and rationaly related to the development and the future of the whole society. Through construction of collective joint hearing system of Kenli Land Resource Management Committee, preliminary work of land tranfer has been digitalized and informationized. A comprehensive solution plan based on workflow technology and GIS technology has been put forward. By using present geographic information service platform, construction of collective joint hearing system will provide technical support for land and resource management and land transfer management.
